Guest Services Agent / Senior Guest Services Agent (5-day work week)

Serve with Style. Work with Style. Dorsett Mongkok, Hong Kong opens in Tai Kok Tsui in 2010. We are now looking for high calibers to join our team.

In addition, Dorsett Mongkok, Hong Kong is committed to the continue improvement for the environmental and social sustainability performance.

Requirement :

• Certificate or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• 1-2 years work experience from comparable hotels
• Familiar with FO work procedures
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Knowledge of using Opera is an advantage
• Candidates with more experience can apply for Senior Guest Services Agent
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh Graduates will also be considered
