Job Description - HR and Employee Engagement Executive (Freelance)

Job Description

Reporting to the People Operations and Employee Engagement Team, you are expected to:

Assist in developing and executing employee engagement programs

Assist in facilitating and monitoring engagement project plans, schedules and budgets

Manage engagement event logistics including venue booking and decorations, internal communication, materials preparation

Assist in analyzing engagement event needs and existing programmes, making recommendations for continuous improvement

Research on information for employee engagement programs, employee perks and benefits

Evaluate event engagement effectiveness by conducting post-event data analysis

Assist in onboarding preparation and continuously improving the onboarding journey

Provide administrative support on other internal projects

Qualifications

Able to work for 2-3 weekdays per week (9:30am - 6:30pm)

Self-motivated, possess the ability to take initiative with a ‘can-do’ attitude

Fluency in English and Cantonese, both spoken and written

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently

Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst retaining a strong eye for detail

Fluent in Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google form and other visual designs software with creativity

Preferably education in Psychology / Human Resources / Business / Administration/ Marketing

Relevant experience in Human Resources is a plus

Current undergraduates are welcome
