About the team:

At Goodnotes, we're on a mission to create the best medium for human and AI collaboration. You will join a talented, distributed Growth Marketing team across Europe and Asia, contributing to user growth and retention for a massive global user base, including our key markets. You will work alongside other marketers, engineers, product managers, designers, and the wider Goodnotes team as a part of the CRM team.

About the role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented contractor to support our CRM team's global product support and marketing campaigns. This role focuses on localisation and campaign execution support, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality rollout of CRM campaigns across multiple markets. 

Note: This role is a part-time contract position, expected to work 10 hours per week on average, approximately 40 hours per month and paid with hourly rate.

This is the role for you if you’re excited to work on the things listed below:

• Coordinate with translation agencies to manage campaign localization requests.


• Define language requirements and ensure translated content meets quality standards.


• Duplicate and adapt English master templates in Braze into localized versions across required languages.


• Implement translated copy accurately and ensure alignment with master templates.


• Streamline campaign workflows to reduce manual tasks for CRM specialists.


• Conduct first-pass quality checks to ensure campaign accuracy before CRM team QA.

The skills you will need to be successful in the above:

• Fresh graduates and current students are welcome to apply.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Familiarity with localization processes or working with translation agencies.


• Experience with Braze (or other CRM / marketing automation platforms) is a plus.


• Reliable, efficient, and comfortable with remote, asynchronous collaboration.
