Job Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support to the department
• Assist in coordinating all administration and operation
• Complete all administrative tasks to the team in a timely manner
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma students in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Internship experience in office admin, preferably with experience in sizable company
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Pleasant, team player, responsible and can work under pressure
• Detail-minded, well organized and energetic
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available will be an advantage
