Part-time Customer Service Officer (Call Centre)

Schindler Lifts (Hong Kong) Ltd is wholly owned by Jardine Schindler Group, a Joint Venture between Jardine Matheson, one of Asia's foremost trading houses and Schindler Group of Switzerland, Europe's premier lift and escalator company. We design, install, maintain and modernize any types of lift, escalator or passenger conveyor in South East Asia and Hong Kong.

We are now looking for a suitable candidate to fill the following position(s):

Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Quality Management Officer, the incumbent will be working at our 24-hour Customer Service Centre and responsible for the following duties: Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and efficient customer service support , including handling incoming calls / enquiries from customers and calls for emergency repair services
• Assist to schedule / arrange job assignments to the Technicians
• Perform data entry to SAP system and data updates
• Working Hours: 3-4 days per week, preferably from 2pm to 11pm or overnight shift from 11pm to 8am on the next day (special allowances will be granted for night shift)

• 透過電話為客戶提供服務，包括處理查詢及安排緊急維修
• 跟進客戶之要求及編排維修工作予前線技術員
• 資料輸入及簡單文書工作
• 工作時間: 每星期3-4日, 工作時間 為下午2時至下午11時 或 夜班時間由下午11時至豎日早上八時 (享有特別夜班津貼)

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of spoken Cantonese and basic English. Putonghua is an added advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications software and Chinese Word Processing
• University students / fresh graduates are welcome
• Work location is Quarry Bay
• Immediate available an advantage
