Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle local and overseas telephone and email enquiries of some of the major sports event in Hong Kong from July 2024 to February 2025
  • Provide appropriate assistance and follow-up actions to the enquirers
  • Consolidate daily hotline log and report to supervisors in a timely and orderly manner
  • Assist in data entry and data checking
  • Assist the team in assisting in local and international sporting events, programs and campaigns in Hong Kong
  • Provide support of ad hoc tasks assigned by the team

Requirements

  • Good telephone manner and communication skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential
  • High School Certificate or equivalent
  • Knowledge on sports and experience in participating and/or organizing sports events would be advantageous
  • Experience in customer services or administration is preferred
  • Good team player with positive team spirit
  • Familiar with social media and digital platform
  • Highly motivated with high degree of flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
