Part-time Fashion Designer (Knitwear)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Women’s knitwear design & development;
• Responsible for all-rounded design functions from sourcing and selecting of fabrication and accessories, tech pack with sketches for sampling;
• Conduct market research for local and overseas markets to analyze and identify new trends;
• Drive design and brand directions to meet business and marketing objectives;
• Collaborate with buying and production teams throughout the development process;
• Conduct seasonal design presentations.

Requirements:-

• Possess good fashion and market sense;
• 5 years solid experience in fashion design, including 2 years knitwear design experience;
• Bachelor Degree in Fashion Design or related disciplines;
• Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills;
• Familiar with product development of ladies' wear in manufacturing;
• Proficient in computer design programs (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.);
• Self-motivated, energetic, creative, good design sense with ability to work independently.
