Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and route calls to appropriate personnel.
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Provide administrative support as needed
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandrin
Diploma or above
