Our client, a leading banking insituition is currently seeking for a high-caliber candidate to join their team.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Support on School Roadshows 
  
  • Communication with schools on arrangements 
  • Documents Preparation 
  • Payment Collection 
  • Consolidation and Order documents handling 
  • Fulfillment arrangement (not limited to stick labels, stick screen protectors, software installation and delivery arrangement) 
  • Distribution 
• Education Sales Hotline support
  
  • 1st tier support: Jot enquiries from schools and assign to sales
• Sales order support
  
  • Order form checking and submission to process 
  • Prepare sales reports and documents
• Other clerical work not limited to:
  
  • Handle incoming tenders from schools (Photocopy and assign to sales) 
  • Handle completed tenders (Prepare envelope cover and arrange courier) 
  • Submit tenders in person if needed
  • Bring faulty tablets to repair center to repair for schools
