Part-Time Telesales Executive 兼職電話銷售主任

 We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Telesales Executive to join our team! If you have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a drive to meet targets, this role is perfect for you. As a Telesales Executive, you'll play a key role in building relationships with potential customers, promoting our products/services, and contributing to the growth of our business.

What You Will Deliver

• Promote and sell GoGoXEnergy products and services to customers (Corporate & Individual) and achieve business target as assigned
• Make warm/cold calls to existing and potential customers
• Deliver professional customer service through handling Inbound and Outbound calls
• Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
• Assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned by Managers

Who You Are

• At least 2 years' call center experience or Telesales related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Customer service oriented, a good team player with good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibilities
• Excellent telephone manners and handling skills

• 2-5 days in between Monday and Saturday
• 4-8 hours in between 9 am and 6 pm

• 協助團隊處理申請及跟進事宜，解答客戶查詢。
• 提供專業的客户服務。
• 深入了解客户的產品和服務，根據客户的需求和喜好提出合適的建議。
• 協助完成經理分配的任何任務。

工作要求:

• 具最少2年電話推廣經驗, 曾於有關行業工作優先考慮
• 責任感、守時、積極主動、具備團隊合作精神
• 待人熱誠有禮，具備達標毅力、良好人際溝通及客戶服務技巧
• 懂基本電腦操作及中英文打字
• 需操流利廣東話及具備中英文書寫能力 

工作時間:

• 每週工作 2-5 天 (週一至週六之間)
• 每天工作 4-8 小時 (上午 9 點至下午 6 點之間)
