Reservations Agent (Part Time)

We now invite high caliber candidate for the following position:

Job Description:

• Record and process reservations made by phone/fax/email
• Handling general enquiries and phone calls
• Follow up reservations to ensure that all reservations are in good order
• Maintain accurate guest history records for all bookings
• Immediately Available is highly preferred 

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma holder in hospitality management or related disciplines
• 1 year related experience in Reservations/Front Office or travel industry is preferred 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (incl. conversational Mandarin)
• General knowledge in customer services and admin support
