Job Description - Sales Management Officer (12-month Renewable Contract)

  • Sales reporting, analysis, and insights
  • Business process review and improvement
  • Contract reviews, data management, and payment processing

    • We are currently looking for a Sales Management Officer for our client, a renowned global technology company.

    Responsibilities

  • Perform sales reporting and data analysis to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Review and monitor business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement.
  • Conduct contract reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain the system master database to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Perform daily checks on sales program data and facilitate the claims payment process.

    • Requirements

  • Hold a Higher Diploma or above in any discipline.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of working experience in sales operations.
  • Display self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Demonstrate maturity, excellent organisational skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel.
  • Experience with SAP will be considered an advantage.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
