Senior Manager (Facilities) (Part-time) - Nanosystem Fabrication Facility (CWB)

Applications are invited for the post of Part-time Senior Manager to support the daily operation and management of the Dr Tai-chin Lo Nanosystem Fabrication Facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training for NFF technical staff, including safety protocols, training on facility/equipment maintenance (CVD, ICP dry etching, Photolithography, etc.) and fabrication process.
• Provide advice and technical support to NFF technical staff to enhance NFF process capability or extend equipment lifetime.
• Supervise the new fabrication process development at NFF.
• Serve as a technical consultant for equipment/facility maintenance.
• Serve as a technical consultant for the new cleanroom design and new equipment acquisition.

Requirements

• Working hours: 20 hours/week.
• At least 15 years work experience in a research-grade cleanroom.
• Knowledge of cleanroom operation & management, equipment & Facility maintenance, micro-/nano-fabrication process.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly responsible, self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Terms of Appointment

• Employment period: 1 year, renewable subject to performance and operational needs.
• Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
