Key Responsibilities:

1.    Handling daily operation of Shroff office including patient registration and payment collection.

2.    Handling public enquiry and prepare daily report in Shroff office.

3.    Prepare monthly statistical reports for medical record office.

4.    Handling procurement of clinical stationary and consumable items.

5.    Providing facility management support including setting up video conference and IT support.

6.    Providing support to department smart clinic projects.

7.    Support the operation of tele-consultation services in HA clinics including patient registration, patient support such as enquiry handling and mobile app usage facilitation, follow-up management of patients receiving tele-consultation and other clinic operations.

8.    Perform administrative or clerical works as assigned by the supervisor(s).

 

Entry Requirements:

1.    Completed F.5/S.5 with:

        i)    Passes in 5 subjects in the HKCEE, including English Language (Syl B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent; OR

        ii)    5 subjects in the HKDSE attaining the level specified below:

                -    Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and

                -    Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent

        AND diploma in a specialized function.

2.    Completed F.5 /S.5 AND relevant diploma in a specialized function with experience.

 

Preferred Attributes:

1.    Good interpersonal skills.

2.    Proactive and able to work independently.

3.    Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility.

4.    Fluency in spoken Cantonese, good command of written English and Chinese. Putonghua is preferred.

5.    Proficient in computer skills, including English and Chinese word processing, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

6.    Knowledge in the application of Access and SPSS is an added advantage.
