Part time: 2 days/ week

CRM Assistant (Analytics) (Fotan)

This role focuses on:

• Assist CRM team in performing a wide range of customer-centric analyses, including studies on customer profiles, purchase patterns, and business performance
• Support the design of user-friendly dashboards
• Perform data analysis, turn data into insights, and propose actionable recommendations

Success will depend on: 

• Undergraduate students in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields
• Experience in programming and analytical reporting tools (e.g. SQL/ Tableau) will be an advantage
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Eager to learn new things

Digital Marketing Intern (Content Marketing + Partnership) This role focuses on:

• Support marketing campaigns promotion on digital platforms
• Create social media content
• Assist in engaging business partner e.g. contract terms follow up, data management
