Job Description - Sales & Admin Clerk - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities

  • General office support including answering phone call, ordering of stationary, local courier arrangement 
  • Sales admin support including preparation of quotation, invoice and delivery note
  • Shipping and inventory management
  • Assist in bookkeeping, accounting and credit term management
  • Staff expenses and allowances vouchers preparation and checking 
Job Requirements
  • F.7 or above with minimum 5 years working experience 
  • Good command of Cantonese & English
  • Good PC skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Have a high degree of sensitivity in handling confidential information
  • Trustworthy, detailed minded and multi-tasking
