Senior Order Fulfillment Professional

Main Responsibilities:

• Be familiar with the European supply chain ecosystem, and have the capability of order management modeling in different business scenarios to meet customer demand and improve order fulfillment efficiency with digital tools
• Participate in project supply solution design, manage the delivery schedule and risks, and provide solutions for customer specific requirements
• Manage the whole order fulfillment process from PO signing to delivery to ensure timely and complete delivery for customer. Cooperate with factory and logistic team to arrange smooth production and shipment plan for project
• Deeply understand the customer requirement, the rules and processes of requirement forecasting and management, guide the demand pace, and effectively manage project requirement risks.
• Understand the supply characteristics of ICT products, manage supply capability change risks, achieve a balance between supply and demand.
• Responsible for supply cost and customer satisfaction improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master Degree, major in Management, Economy, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Engineering
• 8 years+ work experience in relevant fields
• Strong communication skills with high customer orientation mindset
• Fluent verbal/written in English/Hungarian
• Can work under pressure
• Good organization skills and good team work
• Understand advanced concepts of supply chain management
