Job Description - Sales and Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
New customers hunting, supporting new customers onboard at 360°
Generate, maintain and increase a potential targets customers pipeline
Carry out market analysis and analysis of competitors situation
Creation of brand awareness, marketing activities
Respond to and follow up Client’s enquiries by mail, telephone, and personal visits
Regular and continuous visit of potential new clients, mapping their service solution needs, offer company’s broad operational, digital and value added services
Keeping CRM information accurate and up to date with most recent sales progress in the country
Coordination of RFQ, Tender processes, elaboration of commercial offers
Participate in development of BD strategy and KAM activities in cooperation with the Management Team
Responsible for developing company’s yearly sales and business development budget in collaboration with other departments and realizes commercial goals
Identify BD opportunities for the existing and new customers continuously
Represent the company and its values in its relationships with Client’s and at marketing events, congresses, exhibitions and at supply chain organizations
Innovative internal proposals for new services pro-actively according to Client’s needs
Leverage with representatives of Cluster, Region - leading to integrity of activities, ensure exchange of good practices
Szükséges szakképzettség és tapasztalat / Desired Skills & Experience
University/college degree in Economics and/or Logistics, Supply Chain mgt.
Qualification in Sales management is considered a plus
At least 5 years of Sales and/or Business Development experiences in Supply Chain, preferably in contract logistics and transportation
Experience in sales/business development in B2B services
Excellent command of the Hungarian and English language
Knowledge of standard office tools (Microsoft Office)
Operational knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics is considered a plus
Independent, Assertive and Self-Confident profile
Customer orientation, good listening skills
Ability to build trust, projects credibility
Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
Ability to identify and evaluate risks, willingness to take calculated risks
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Extroverted personality
Proactive and goal oriented with a strategic thinking ability and a concrete sense of urgency and multi-tasking skills
Appreciation of financials, analysis and numbers friendly
Action oriented
Leadership and managerial skills
Working closely with different functions to produce a valued output as targeted
