Position description, tasks

As a Contract Management Intern at INNIO you will be responsible for providing administrative support for order management and planning of contracts execution (spare parts transactions, covering data collection, data validation, upload, and order planning in accordance with contractual schedule). In this role you will be supporting our team with:

  • Data collection and validation 
  • Upload of contractual scopes and schedules
  • Contractual orders planning and entry

Expectations

  • Ongoing university/college studies in Economics, Logistics, International Trade, Business Management or similar
  • Fluency in English - both oral and written, any additional language is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (most importantly Excel) and MS Outlook
  • Availability to work for min 20-25-30 hours / week
  • Strong, passionate supporter of customer service excellence
  • Analytic and deadline oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and ability to handle multiple priorities
