This role will manage the end-to-end employee life-cycle, ensure compliance across India, lead a small HR team.Key Responsibilities· ;Implement and localize HR policies, CoE programs, and compliance frameworks within India. · ;Partner with organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives. · ;Lead end-to-end recruitment for India business units in alignment with global TA strategies and ATS. · ;Manage external vendors, recruitment agencies, and campus hiring initiatives.· ;Oversee on-boarding and induction programs aligned with compliance standards. · ;Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions. · ;Manage PoSH compliance, awareness sessions, documentation, and related employee concerns· ;Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws (e.g., Taxation / Gratuity etc).· ;Manage statutory compliance, audits, filings, and liaison with regulatory authorities. · ;Oversee payroll administration and collaborate with the accounting stakeholders.· ;Manage employee benefits programs in line with company policies. · ;Lead compensation bench-marking, salary reviews, and merit cycles based on ;frameworks. · ;Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and PIPs. · ;Coordinate learning & development initiatives, leadership programs, and compliance training. · ;Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data in systems such as Workday. · ;Generate and analyze HR metrics, including attrition, engagement, diversity, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire. · ;Drive data-backed decision-making and reporting for leadership.
