Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Technical Lead / Architect with strong expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI systems.

This role involves architecting and delivering enterprise -grade AI solutions, taking ideas from POC to production, and building intelligent systems capable of reasoning, planning, and autonomous decision -making.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Lead architecture and design of Generative and Agentic AI solutions
  

• Design end -to -end systems covering orchestration, data, APIs, security, and deployment
  

• Ensure production readiness including CI/CD, scalability, observability, and security
  

• Mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders
  

Generative & Agentic AI Engineering

• Build LLM -based systems using:
  

  • RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
    

  • Embeddings & vector search
    

  • Prompt engineering & optimization
    

  • Function calling & tool integrations
    

  • Agentic & multi -agent workflows
    

• Integrate AI systems with enterprise APIs, data platforms, and applications
  

• Implement evaluation frameworks for LLM performance
  

Engineering Excellence & Operations

• Apply distributed systems principles to AI solutions
  

• Design for observability (logs, metrics, tracing, alerts)
  

• Troubleshoot issues related to latency, reliability, and model behavior
  

• Optimize performance and cost
  

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Translate business problems into AI -driven solutions
  

• Collaborate with cross -functional teams
  

• Mentor engineers on GenAI and cloud -native practices
