Associate Program Manager ( Contract )

As Haptik continues to scale, effective program management is critical to ensuring smooth execution across multiple teams. We’re looking for an Associate Program Manager who can combine technical understanding with project coordination, analytical thinking, and strong stakeholder communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, thrives in dynamic environments, and can translate complexity into clarity.

What you’ll do every day

• Technical Understanding: Grasp APIs, integrations, and product workflows to support seamless execution.

• Project Coordination: Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Design, Ops).

• Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, project progress, and performance using tools like JIRA, Excel, or BI dashboards; provide regular reporting.

• Stakeholder Communication: Translate technical details into clear, business-focused updates for stakeholders and leadership.

• Problem Solving & Adaptability: Tackle project blockers proactively, re-align priorities when needed, and ensure commitments are met.

Who we are looking for

• 2–4 years of experience in program/project management or coordination roles.

• Strong grasp of APIs, workflows, or integrations in a product/tech environment.

• Skilled in JIRA, Excel, BI dashboards, or equivalent tools for tracking and reporting.

• Exceptional written & verbal communication, with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders alike.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• Adaptable and proactive, thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
