Job Description - Azure Data Lead

10+ years of overall experience, with 7–8 years of relevant experience in Azure Data & Analytics.

Fully conversant with big data processing approaches and schema -on -read methodologies; strong hands -on knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks (PySpark), Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2), Azure Synapse Analytics, and Microsoft Fabric is mandatory.
Strong development skills with extensive hands -on coding experience in Python (PySpark – compulsory), SQL, and Power BI DAX (good to have).
Experience in designing Cloud Data Warehouse solutions and working closely with Architects for end -to -end implementation design of ETL / ELT pipelines.
Proven experience in implementing robust ETL / ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory / Azure Synapse Pipelines, including error handling, performance optimization, and identification of performance bottlenecks.
Knowledge of designing Reporting / Semantic framework layers to support Power BI / Tableau reporting and analytics.
