Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Backend
Developer to join our Implementation Team. In this role, you will build,
deploy, and operate scalable microservices that power platforms used by
millions of users. You will take full ownership of backend services, working
with multiple data stores and integrating with various internal and external
APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect,
  design, develop, deploy, and operate scalable microservices.
  
• Build
  backend services leveraging data stores such as PostgreSQL, Redis,
  RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, Swift, InfluxDB, and more.
  
• Integrate
  and manage internal and external APIs.
  
• Monitor,
  troubleshoot, and optimize service performance and reliability.
  
• Take
  ownership of development and maintenance of customer -deployed solutions.
  
• Collaborate
  closely with Frontend, QA, Customer Success, and Customer PMO teams.
  
• Contribute
  to innovation initiatives and trial new product features.
  
• Ensure
  high -quality code through best practices, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+
  years of strong backend development experience using NodeJS.
  
• Solid
  understanding of OOP concepts, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
  
• Experience
  in unit, integration, and functional testing.
  
• Exposure
  to distributed architectures, application tuning, profiling, and
  continuous integration.
  
• Experience
  integrating third -party APIs/SDKs such as:
  
• Active
  Directory / Outlook
  
• OAuth
  
• Google
  / Watson / Azure SDKs
  
• Strong
  SQL expertise (PostgreSQL 9+ preferred).
  
• Hands -on
  experience with various data stores and technologies:
  
• Timeseries
  DB: InfluxDB, Prometheus

• Message
  Queues: RabbitMQ, Kafka
  
• In -Memory
  Stores: Redis, Memcached
  
• Search
  Engines: Elasticsearch, Lucene
  
• Graph
  DB: Neo4j
  
• Object
  Storage: S3, Swift, Azure Blob
  
• Real -Time
  Databases: RethinkDB
  
• Working
  knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (certification is a plus).
  
• Experience
  with microservices architecture.
