Barista/ Kitchen Helper-Oman

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Female Barista/Kitchen Helper to join our team in a busy coffee shop in Oman. The ideal candidate should have experience working in cafes, with skills in preparing beverages and assisting with dessert preparation. This is a dual role involving both customer-facing tasks and back-of-house support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
  

• Assist pastry chefs in dessert preparation and basic kitchen duties.
  

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and service areas.
  

• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the counter when needed.
  

• Support daily opening and closing procedures of the café.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Barista or Kitchen Helper, preferably in a café or dessert shop.
  

• Hands-on experience in beverage preparation and assisting in dessert making is highly preferred.
  

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Preferred nationality: Philippine, though other nationalities are welcome.
  

Employment Terms:

• Salary: OMR 160 – 250 per month (based on experience)
  

• Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week
  

• Overtime: As per company policy
  

• Contract Period: 2 years, renewable
  

• Accommodation: Provided by employer
  

• Transport: Provided by employer
  

• Medical Insurance: Provided by employer
  

• Food: Managed by candidate
  

• Eligible Nationalities: Indian, Any
