Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst – Payments & Card Issuance to drive clarity, alignment, and value as we modernize card issuance. You will work closely with clients, product leaders, and delivery teams to define solutions that meet real business needs across the payments ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  




• Facilitate workshops and discussions to define scope, prioritize requirements, and align on delivery outcomes.
  




• Create high\-quality documentation including business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
  




• Support solution design and delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  




• Assist in testing and validation to confirm requirements are met.
  




• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and recommend process or system improvements.
  




• Contribute to Agile planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Key Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years in Business Analysis, ideally within payments, cards, or financial services.
  




• Experience with Microservice\-based applications; knowledge of card issuance domain is a plus.
  




• Strong understanding of card and payments lifecycle and cardholder journeys.
  




• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders.
  




• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  




• Skilled at investigating issues, identifying root causes, and recommending solutions.
