Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end campus hiring for ITES/BPO roles
  
• Liaise with colleges, training and placement officers, and internal stakeholders
  
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
  
• Drive campus recruitment strategy and execution across various locations (virtual/in-person)
  
• Maintain hiring reports, trackers, and documentation
  
• Collaborate with BGC, Documentation, Onboarding, and other internal teams
  
• Effectively communicate and promote the client's EVP (Employee Value Proposition) to fresh talent
  
• Negotiate and finalize offers with selected candidates
  

• Proven experience as a Campus Recruiter or similar role
  
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
