About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Communications Lead (Contractual) to drive the successful execution of two high-profile initiatives:
CSR Exemplars Report – scheduled for launch in Mumbai (end of September)
HNI Coffee Table Book – scheduled for launch in Mumbai and/or Bangalore (early December)
These events are central to amplifying our vision of systems change and will convene influential leaders from corporate and philanthropic sectors, including ~150 CEOs and HNIs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end event strategy and execution, ensuring timely delivery across both projects
Develop and implement tailored communication plans, including digital/social media presence and engagement campaigns
Curate, track, and manage guest outreach (invitations, confirmations, follow-ups) to secure high-quality participation
Oversee design, branding, and production of all collaterals, ensuring alignment with the overall brand identity
Manage on-ground event operations, including venue setup, vendor coordination, and execution flow
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, partners, and agencies to deliver impactful outcomes
Ensure a world-class stakeholder experience, from pre-event communication to post-event follow-up
Qualifications & Skills
4–6 years of experience in communications, brand management, or event execution
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines
Experience in managing senior stakeholders and executing large-scale/high-visibility events preferred
Creative mindset with strong sensibilities in content, design, and storytelling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and quality
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced environments
