We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our TA team in a hybrid role based out of our Pune office for 6 months. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both our candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Interview Scheduling: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring teams to coordinate and schedule interviews, including virtual, phone, and in-person meetings.
Candidate Communication: Provide timely and professional communication to candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
Administrative Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including job posting management, candidate data entry, and file maintenance.
ATS Management: Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure all candidate information and recruitment activities are accurately recorded and up-to-date.
Offer Process Support: Support the offer letter generation and roll-out process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and delivered promptly.
Onboarding Coordination: Work closely with the HR and hiring teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes and the overall candidate experience.
What You'll Bring:
2-4 years of experience in a support role within Talent Acquisition.
Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Specifically Greenhouse and Workday is highly desired
A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
