Creative Animation + Video Production Artist (AI & 3D Focus)
Type: Contract (1 Year)
About the Role
We’re looking for a versatile Creative Producer with strong skills in 3D animation, video storytelling, and AI-powered design tools. You'll bring characters and ideas to life through visual narratives, combining traditional motion design with emerging tech.
Key Responsibilities
• Produce animated and video content from concept to final delivery
• Design, model, rig, and animate 3D characters and environments
• Use AI and creative tools (e.g. Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, Blender) to accelerate production
• Create storyboards, animatics, and visual treatments to shape and sell ideas
• Build and manage libraries of reusable 3D and motion assets
• Ensure consistency in style and storytelling across formats and platforms
• Collaborate with internal (oversee) teams to align creative direction with brand and product goals
Requirements
• 3–5+ years of experience in animation, motion design, or video production
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D animation, character work, and short-form storytelling
• Proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, 3ds Max, or ZBrush
• Experience with AI creative tools (Runway, Pika, D-ID, Midjourney, etc.)
• Skilled in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Figma
• Strong understanding of design, motion timing, pacing, and visual rhythm
• Bonus: experience with facial animation, character design, or real-time engines like Unreal Engine or Unity
