Job Description - Customer Support Executive -Â Work From Home

Summary:

We are seeking motivated and detail -oriented Customer Support Executives to join our remote workforce as part of a global IT solutions leader. This role offers a dynamic entry point into the customer service domain, ideal for freshers and early -career professionals passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences. As a frontline support representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction by resolving inquiries efficiently across multiple channels. Operating within the US shift, this remote position provides a structured environment to grow your career while contributing to a high -performing team that drives service excellence across enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Deliver accurate technical and operational support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Maintain consistent customer satisfaction by communicating clearly, empathetically, and effectively.
  • Manage inbound support tickets, track progress, and follow up until full resolution.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams with complete documentation.
  • Meet daily and weekly performance KPIs related to response time, resolution rate, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, improve processes, and ensure service quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
  • Proven ability in excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a focus on user satisfaction.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a solution -driven approach.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast -paced environment.
  • Comfortable working on rotational shifts, including US -based hours.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.
