Job Title: Finance Manager

Experience: 5+ years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take charge of financial planning, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Ensure adherence to local regulations and tax laws
Manage audits and internal controls
Offer strategic financial guidance to facilitate business expansion
Lead and guide the finance team

Requirements

5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles
Preferred qualification: CPA, CA, or equivalent
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
Familiarity with Fijian financial regulations is advantageous
