Full Stack Engineer

Position: Software Engineer - 6 MONTHS extendable

• Engagement: Initial 3 months remote, subsequent on -site in Pune

Position Overview

Seeking a Software Engineer (5–8 years experience) to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high -performance software solutions using modern web technologies and event -driven architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Node.js, Nest.js, and React.js.
  

• Implement and optimize event -driven architectures with Kafka, Redis, and PostgreSQL for real -time data processing and distributed systems.
  

• Leverage AI tools and services to enhance product features, automate processes, and boost performance.
  

• Mentor and guide developers, enforcing best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
  

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross -functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  

• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
  

• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
  

• Develop and maintain automated unit tests to ensure reliability and stability.
  

• Participate in peer code reviews and promote a culture of continuous learning.
  

• Create and maintain technical documentation (design decisions, workflows, architecture).
  

• Continuously assess existing systems and propose innovative improvements for scalability, performance, and developer productivity.
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Node.js
  

• Proficiency in Nest.js
  

• Proficiency in TypeScript
  

• Strong experience in Redis
  

• Experience with event -driven architectures using Kafka, Redis, and PostgreSQL
  

• Expertise in containerization with Docker
  

• Expertise in orchestration using Kubernetes
