Healthcare Operations Specialist | Provider Data / RCM / Claims | WFO Airoli (Mumbai)

You will be part of the Healthcare Management team, supporting hospital and provider administration functions, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and SLA adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver daily output as per defined productivity targets
  

• Follow and adhere to process documentation and SOPs
  

• Work closely with Process Leads to streamline operations
  

• Achieve KPIs and meet defined SLAs consistently
  

• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to reduce risk
  

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
  

• Handle Provider Data Management & Provider Written Enquiries
  

• Support healthcare operations such as RCM, Claims, Provider Services
  

Requirements

Eligibility:

• Non Tech Graduates

• Minimum 1 years of relevant US healthcare experience
  

• Experience in RCM / Claims / Provider Operations / Healthcare Back -office
  

• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and compliance
  

• Willingness to work from office
