Hiring for Steel Fixer's

Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent plant availability through flexible staffing and operational readiness.
  
• Operate overhead cranes in compliance with safety and operational specifications.
  
• Prepare, operate, and safely tap electric arc furnaces to achieve optimal melting and production outcomes.
  
• Manage ladle furnace operations to properly prepare metal charges for continuous casting.
  
• Inspect refractory linings and prepare ladles for tapping, ensuring structural integrity and safety.
  
• Prepare casting strands at the continuous casting line according to established procedures.
  

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands -on experience in steel production, metalworking, rolling mills, or foundry operations
  
• Demonstrated knowledge of steel manufacturing processes and equipment operation
  
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to recurring operational workflows
  
• Physically fit and capable of performing demanding tasks in a high -temperature, industrial environment
