Job Description - Hiring || ServiceNow ITOM Discovery (Kol/Blr/Hyd/Pune)

Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design, development, and configuration of enterprise -grade applications. Acting as the primary technical lead, you will serve as the central point of contact across teams, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical execution. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping scalable, reliable solutions through collaboration, innovation, and strategic decision -making. You will lead by example, mentoring team members, facilitating knowledge transfer, and maintaining high standards of delivery and performance. This role is critical to the success of key initiatives and requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, IT service management, and modern application development practices.

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Kolkata/Pune

Experience: 4 -7 years

Responsibilities:

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead technical strategy for assigned projects.
Collaborate with cross -functional teams to gather requirements and define solution architectures.
Lead and manage team activities, including task delegation, progress tracking, and decision -making.
Contribute to key organizational decisions by providing technical insights and recommendations.
Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues across teams and systems.
Organize and facilitate knowledge -sharing sessions to strengthen team capabilities and promote continuous improvement.
Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to milestones and quality standards.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of hands -on experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
Proven expertise in IT service management (ITSM) processes and industry best practices.
Strong background in application design and development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the ServiceNow platform.
15 years of full -time education required.
