Job Description - Hiring || ServiceNow ITSM Professionals (BLR/Pune/HYD/KOL)

Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and configuring custom applications that align with business processes and strategic objectives. You will work closely with cross -functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high -performance solutions. Your contributions will directly impact system efficiency, user experience, and operational excellence. By actively participating in solution design, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives, you will help maintain technical quality and innovation across the application portfolio.

Location: Bangalore/Pune

Experience: 6 -9 years

Responsibilities:

Independently execute complex development tasks and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the team.
Actively contribute to team discussions, offering insights and innovative solutions to technical and operational challenges.
Collaborate on identifying and resolving application issues, ensuring timely and effective problem resolution.
Support the documentation of application workflows, processes, and system configurations for knowledge sharing and compliance.
Participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards, ensure maintainability, and promote best practices.

Requirements

Proficiency in the ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.
Solid understanding of IT service management processes and industry frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
Demonstrated experience in application development, configuration, and customization within ServiceNow.
Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, GlideScript, or Server -Side Scripting).
Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
Minimum of 3 years of hands -on experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
