This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Operations Apprentice located in Bengaluru. As an HR Operations Apprentice, you will be responsible for assisting the HR team with day-to-day operations including onboarding, employee relations, and HR policies and procedures. You will also contribute to HR projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategy and goals of the organization.

1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

2. Strong written and verbal communication skills

3. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office

5. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

6. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team

7. Bangalore based candidates are preferred
