Inside Sales Representative Pediatrics (Bangalore)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and personable Inside Sales Representative to help us grow BEMPU's reach among pediatricians, neonatologists, and parents across India. You will be the voice of BEMPU — reaching out over WhatsApp, phone, and video calls to introduce our products, nurture relationships, and close sales.

This role is ideal for someone who loves talking to people, is highly organised, and thrives in a mission -driven environment. You will work directly with our leadership team and have a real opportunity to shape how BEMPU sells.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Conduct outbound outreach to pediatricians and neonatologists via WhatsApp, phone calls, and virtual meetings to introduce BEMPU products
  

• Follow up on inbound leads and manage a pipeline of potential buyers through to closing
  

• Conduct virtual product demonstrations — explaining product features, clinical benefits, and use cases clearly
  

• Manage and nurture relationships with regional distributors, answering queries and supporting order fulfilment
  

• Maintain accurate records of all outreach, conversations, and deal status in our CRM
  

• Share market feedback — what doctors are asking, what objections come up, what competitors are mentioned
  

• Collaborate with the Bangalore Field Sales Rep when in -person visits are needed for larger accounts
  

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer -facing roles — ideally in healthcare, medical devices, or pharma
  

• Excellent spoken communication in English and Hindi (other languages a plus)
  

• Comfortable on calls and video meetings — warm, confident, and persuasive without being pushy
  

• Highly organised with strong follow -through; you don't let leads go cold
  

• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, basic CRM tools, or sales tracking sheets
  

• A genuine curiosity about our products and the neonatal health space
  

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required if you have strong relevant experience
