Job Brief

Operations Executives are integral to the day-to-day operations of the Commercial Team. They oversee various tasks to guarantee working harmoniously towards achieving team goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

• Coordinate with different departments to optimize workflow.

• Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement.

• Respond to reviews and monitor quality trends.

• Work with accountancy to ensure that partners keep a positive balance.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

• Manage and evaluate operational performance and productivity.

• Track and analyze key performance indicators to ensure goals are met.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Proven experience in operations management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

• Business analytics experience.
