Job Description - Key Account Manager- Hyderabad

Designation - Key Account Manager

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage our B2B overseas education partner
network.
The KAM will be responsible for managing existing partners, increasing wallet
share with Geebee, and onboarding new partners to increase our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new B2B partners and develop strong relationships with them.
  • Identify opportunities to increase Geebee's business through new partnerships and
    work towards achieving these targets.
  • Manage existing B2B partners and maintain strong relationships with them. 
  • Identify opportunities to increase wallet share with existing partners and work
    towards achieving these targets.
  • Provide regular training and support to partners to ensure that they are up-to-date
    with the latest information and products. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that partner needs are met and issues are
    resolved in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve partner engagement and satisfaction. 
  • Regularly analyse partner performance metrics and take necessary action to improve
    performance. 
  • This is an individual contributor role


Requirements from the Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree/Master's Degree
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in the education industry would be an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Candidate should have 2 2-wheeler & should be flexible to do extensive field visits

Salary- upto 5.5LPA depends on current/last drawn
Need only immediate to 10 days NP
