Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Mechanical Engineer to lead our Centralized Gas System (CGS) sales and project operations. This senior role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and project execution with a strong focus on B2B client acquisition and technical solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the CGS division's sales and project teams.
  

• Drive business growth through strategic sales planning and execution.
  

• Identify and secure new project opportunities through research, networking, and relationship building.
  

• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to contract closure.
  

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and execution teams for seamless project delivery.
  

• Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers to promote CGS solutions.
  

• Monitor project KPIs and report performance to senior management.
  

• Build a high-performing team culture through training, mentorship, and motivation.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in CGS sales and project execution.
  

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage both sales and technical teams.
  

• In-depth understanding of CGS design principles, standards, and lifecycle management.
  

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  

• Strategic thinker with the ability to align technical offerings with business needs.
