Non IT Sourcer/ Non IT Recruiter - Bangalore

We are looking for a dynamic and result -oriented Non -IT Recruiter to manage end -to -end recruitment processes across multiple domains. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions for both technical and non -technical roles while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end -to -end recruitment lifecycle for or Non -IT roles.
  
• Understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
  
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  
• Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and stakeholders
  
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  
• Negotiate salary and close positions within defined timelines
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Experience in hiring for  Non -IT roles (BPO, Sales, Operations, etc.)
  
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
  
• Hands -on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast -paced and target -driven environment
  
• Good stakeholder management skills
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR specialisation preferred)
  
• Experience working in a consultancy or corporate recruitment environment
  
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
