Techno -Functional Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM
Techno -Functional Consultant with strong hands -on expertise in the Fusion HCM
Benefits module. The ideal candidate will have end -to -end implementation
experience and the ability to support the complete project lifecycle—from
requirement gathering through post -go -live production support. This role
requires close collaboration with functional, technical, and business
stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead
  and support Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits module implementations
  
• Participate
  in end -to -end project lifecycle activities, including:
  
• Requirement
  gathering and functional documentation
  
• Solution
  design and system configuration
  
• Testing
  (unit, SIT, UAT) and deployment
  
• Post -go -live
  support and issue resolution
  
• Configure
  and customize Fusion HCM Benefits to meet business requirements
  
• Work
  closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, and data migration
  
• Troubleshoot
  functional and techno -functional issues and provide timely resolutions
  
• Support
  change requests, enhancements, and ongoing system optimization
  
• Collaborate
  effectively with cross -functional teams and stakeholders
  

Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)

• 8+
  years of overall IT experience
  
• Strong
  hands -on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
  
• Deep
  expertise in Fusion HCM Benefits module (mandatory)
  
• Minimum
  2 end -to -end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
  
• Strong
  understanding of the full project lifecycle
  
• Ability
  to work independently and also collaborate with functional and technical
  teams
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s
  degree in Information Technology or an equivalent field
