Role Description:
• Promptly handle day-to-day tickets using HRHD and JIRA.
• Demonstrate proficiency with the PeopleSoft Absence module (functional), PS Query, and SQL, comfortable working with large datasets for payroll
analysis.
• Collaborate with business users to understand and document absence management configuration requirements.
• Configure new or updated PeopleSoft absence management features based on business requirements.
• Develop and execute test cases to validate configurations and customizations, ensuring they meet business needs and are error-free.
• Provide post-implementation support, including issue resolution and enhancements as needed.
• Prepare and maintain functional design documents, business requirement documents, configuration records, and process documentation for future
reference and training.
• The “Payroll ” knowledge is considered as an added advantage.
Qualifications:
• 4-8 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Core HCM modules (Core HR, Absence , Payroll (Basic)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end testing processes for Core HR, Absence , Payroll (Basic).
• Experience with SDLC methodologies and QA best practices.
• Good to have experience of using project management tools (HRHD and JIRA).
• Experience in Leading a team and directly working with client.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
