Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform
Administrator with strong expertise in managing and governing Microsoft
Power Platform environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience
in administration, security, and governance frameworks, while enabling
enterprise-wide adoption and supporting citizen development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage,
  monitor, and administer Microsoft Power Platform environments including
  Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  
• Implement
  and maintain security policies, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and
  role-based access controls (RBAC).
  
• Oversee
  governance frameworks to support scalability, compliance, and adoption
  across the enterprise.
  
• Collaborate
  with business and IT stakeholders to enable and support citizen
  development programs.
  
• Integrate
  Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and other
  enterprise systems.
  
• Proactively
  troubleshoot environment issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure
  optimal platform performance.
  
• Create
  and maintain detailed technical documentation, guidelines, and best
  practices.
  
• Provide
  support, training, and guidance to business users and developers.
  

Requirements

• 6–10
  years of experience managing Power Platform environments in mid-to-large
  enterprises.
  
• Strong
  knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Platform
  Admin Center.
  
• Proficiency
  in Microsoft 365 administration, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), and
  Dataverse.
  
• Experience
  in implementing and managing security and compliance policies across Power Platform.
  
• Familiarity
  with governance frameworks and citizen development enablement.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
