Job Description - Recruiter- Contractor

What will you do?


 



  • You will lead the  recruitment for the company & be seen as a recruiting champion for technical and non technical teams. 

  • You will own the candidate & hiring manager experience.

  • You will be responsible for the technology & product hiring roadmap and own the life cycle of recruitment.

  • You will be responsible for initiatives on employer branding and candidate experience.

  • You will bring in the best practices of recruitment and drive these changes to improve the agility and speed of hiring. 

  • You will work with managers to create job descriptions for specific positions.

  • You shall be responsible for managing recruitment channels and driving employee referral programs, direct hiring from time to time

  • You will be responsible for campus engagement & hiring. 

  • You will be responsible for reporting the hiring metrics on weekly, monthly and on need basis. 

  • You will be responsible for mentoring and support the development of the recruitment team.





What do we look for?


 



  • We look for 3-5 years of technical end-to-end recruitment experience 

  • Experience working in a Product / Start-up based environment, a minimum of 2 years

  • Proven experience in handling End-to-End hiring processes from Sourcing to Offer negotiation.

  • Strong sourcing skills using various sourcing platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Instahyre etc.

  • Excellent communication and articulation skills

  • Go-getter attitude at work to achieve desired results.

  • We look for hiring experience for niche skills in Technology and product domains.
