002AZM - Excel Macros Expert

Requirements:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex Excel spreadsheets using VBA (Visual Basic for Applications).

• Automate repetitive tasks and manual processes through advanced macro solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering) to understand reporting and automation needs.

• Build user-friendly dashboards and data models using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and macros.

• Troubleshoot and optimize existing macros for performance and reliability.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all macro-enabled reporting tools.

• Document processes, workflows, and macro functions for internal training and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 10+ years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining Excel macros using VBA.

• Strong knowledge of Excel functions, pivot tables, Power Query, and data visualization techniques.

• Experience in data manipulation, automation, and reporting in a regulated or highly analytical environment.

• Familiarity with database tools (SQL), ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP), or Power BI is a plus.

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.

• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
