Job Title: Campus Recruiter – C2H | MNC Client | Vikhroli, Mumbai

Client Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai

Work Mode: Hybrid (Work from Office & Home)

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

CTC- Upto 40000/month (including PF+Accidental insurance)

Employment Type: Contract to Hire (C2H)

Experience Required: 1 – 3 Years

Industry: Recruitment / Staffing / ITES

Functional Area: Human Resources / Campus Hiring

Job Description:

We are hiring a dynamic and driven Campus Recruiter for one of our esteemed MNC clients in Vikhroli, Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end campus hiring initiatives including college engagement, scheduling, coordination, and onboarding of fresh talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end campus hiring for ITES/BPO roles

Coordinate with colleges, training and placement officers, and internal stakeholders

Schedule interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience

Drive campus recruitment strategy and execution across different locations (virtually/in-person)

Maintain hiring reports, trackers, and documentation

Collaborate with BGC, Documentation, Onboarding, and other internal teams

Communicate and promote the client's EVP (Employee Value Proposition) effectively to fresh talent

Negotiate and close offers with selected candidates

Requirements

Key Skills Required:

1–3 years of experience in campus hiring or volume hiring

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Strong coordination and stakeholder management

Proficient in MS Excel; Workday exposure is a plus

Target-driven and process-oriented mindset

Educational Qualification:

Any Graduate or Postgraduate (Preferred: Humanities / Management background)
