Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher engineering degree in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent additional professional experience
• 5 years of experience in delivering E2E solutions that are based on Java and Cloud Technologies adhering to Microservices based architecture.
• 14-18 years of industry experience in design, development, deployments, operations and managing non-functional perspectives of technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong exposure on leading the large enterprise grade components with ability to manage the E2E delivery
• Proven track record with outstanding program management, organization and interpersonal skills
• In-depth Experience in Microservices based Cloud Native architecture with Java background and having exposure to digital transformation and digital technologies
• Extensive experience with Agile and/or SAFe practices with fervor to transform the processes and team
• Extensive experience of standard Project Management responsibilities: Project planning, Monitoring and reporting, Risk & Issue management, Budget tracking, Change management, etc
• Fintech or lending domain experience is a plus but not necessary.
• Strong communicator with ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build relationships, and achieve broader organizational goals.
• Self-starter, who can take initiatives and get things done

• Driving the component scope, identify risks or opportunities and manage strategy for transition of functionally rich components

• Build software products for banking and financing institutions with R&D teams that are openly collaborative, are non-hierarchical, respect contributions and work with agility
• Partner with leadership across geographies to initiate and execute strategies
• Support future of the components and its alignment with business objectives and maximizing ROI.
• Enable, empower and encourage teams for continuous improvement of processes
• Challenging people and engineering practices to improve the quality of product
• Provide governance to product team to ensure quality and efficiency of solutions
• Act as a mentor to team and reinforce organizational values and culture.
